Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING November 3, 2016 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 3, 2016, at 7:00 P.M., Layton City Center 437 North Wasatch Drive to review a proposal to amend Title 19 (zoning), Chapter 19.05, Section 19.05.030, Table 5-1 regarding side yard setback regulations for single family homes located in the R-S, R-1-10, R-1-8, and R-1-6 zoning districts, and Chapter 19.08, Section 19.08.090 (4) R-S PRUD minimum side yards. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Council Meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
