3. Bruce Bassett - Applicant is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Eagle Cove Conservation Subdivision consisting of 16 lots on 6.25 acres of property located at approximately 1100 West Glover Lane in an AA (Agriculture - Very Low Density) zone. (S-28-15)
4. Nick Mingo / Ivory Homes - Applicant is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Davis Creek Conservation Subdivision consisting of 15 lots on 9.5 acres of property located at 475 West Glover Lane in an AE (Agriculture Estates) Zone. (S-9-16)
