Description/Agenda: CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR ZONING AND MUNICIPAL CODE TEXT AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, regarding proposed Zoning Code Text Amendment to prohibit flag-lot development in various sections of the code and repeal various sections in the Municipal Code, Title 15, Subdivision Ordinance, regarding flag lot provisions.
