3:30 p.m. Joint Work Session City Council and Redevelopment Agency City Council Work Room The purpose of the joint work session includes presentations and discussions regarding: - Ogden Nature Center; - PI Zone Adult Daycare Amendment; - Short-term Residential Vacation Rentals; and - Council and Board Business. Any items not fully addressed prior to the Regular City Council and Special Redevelopment Agency meetings, which begin at 6:00 p.m., will be addressed immediately following those meetings. The Regular City Council Meeting has been Cancelled Special Redevelopment Agency Meeting Council Chambers 1. Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Approval of Minutes: (voice vote) a. Special meeting of February 23, 2016 - Council member Hyer b. Regular meeting of May 10, 2016 - Council member Garner c. Special meeting of June 7, 2016 - Council member Nadolski 5. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name and address for the record. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office (citycouncil@ogdencity.com). 6. Comments: a. RDA Executive Director b. Board members 7. Closed Executive Session. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Executive Session pursuant to one or more of the provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open and Public Meetings Law: a. Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual b. Strategy session to discuss collective bargaining c. Strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation d. Strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property e. Strategy session to discuss the sale of real property f. Discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems g. Investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct. (Adjourn/not adjourn - roll call vote) 8. Adjournment.
