Notice of PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 and the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2016. Both meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015.
All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted, by mail to Clearfield City, Community Development, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015. Written comments not received prior to the date of the meeting, may not be able to be considered.
ZTA 1607-0003 Zoning Text Amendment to Title 11 of the Clearfield City Code, a request by Clearfield City Staff for Zoning Text Amendments within Title 11 Land Use, to consider supplemental regulations and for the keeping of bees in the R-1, A-1 and A-2 zoning districts. Also, this zoning text amendment will consider corrections to references to community development director and community development department within title 11, Chapters 2, 5, 13 and 15. These changes would be effective across all applicable parcels of property and zones within Clearfield City.
A copy of the application is available for review in the Community Development Department on the 2nd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
