NOTICE OF IMPACT FEE PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND PROPOSED IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE AND TO ADOPT, ENACT, OR MODIFY: IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, WRITTEN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT FOR WATER, SEWER AND STORM WATER.
Notice is hereby given that Clearfield City has prepared an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis, including a summary of the impact fee analysis designed to be understood by a lay person, for water, sewer and storm water and a proposed impact fee ordinance. Copies of all of the foregoing are available for public review from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Clearfield City offices located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield. They may also be viewed on the City's website at www.clearfieldcity.org. In addition, copies of all of the foregoing will be placed in the Clearfield Branch of the Davis County Library, located at 562 South 1000 East, Clearfield, UT 84015 on Monday, August 29, 2016.
Notice is also hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Clearfield City offices, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear public comment, and to answer questions about the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and the proposed impact fee ordinance, and to consider approval and adoption of the foregoing. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and make comments. All interested persons in attendance at the public hearing shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments are welcome.
