Notice of Adopted Plan: SYRACUSE ANTELOPE DRIVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
On August 9, 2016, the Syracuse City Council adopted Ordinance 16-24, adopting the Syracuse Antelope Drive Community Development Project Area as the official community development plan for the Syracuse Antelope Drive Community Development Project Area (the 'Project Area'). The Plan is available for inspection during regular business hours at Syracuse City Hall, 1979 W 1900 S, Syracuse, Utah for a period of at least thirty (30) days from and after the date of the publication of this notice. The telephone number where any person may request that a copy of the Plan's legal description be sent at no cost to you by mail or facsimile transmission is (801) 614-9626. Copies of the Plan, including a map of the boundaries of the proposed project area, are available for download or viewing at http://www.syracuseut.com/Departments/CommunityDevelopment/EconomicDevelopment.aspx. The Council found that the Plan: satisfied a public purpose; provided a public benefit; is economically sound and feasible; conforms to the City's general plan; and promotes the public peace, health, safety, and welfare of the community. The Plan is effective upon the date of this publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a for period of thirty (30) days from and after the date of publication of this notice, a person in interest shall have the right to contest the Plan or the procedure used to adopt the Plan, and that after such time, no one shall have any cause of action to contest the regularity, formality or legality thereof for any cause whatsoever.
