Public Hearing, discussion and possible action on SP 16-021, a request by Carpenter Stringham Architects for Site Plan approval for an expansion of the Mountain View Clinic located on a 3.2-acre lot at 1100 West 2700 North (TIN: 19-260-0003) in the C-2 (General Commercial) zoning district.
