OPENING Pledge of Allegiance - By Invitation RECOGNITIONS, PRESENTATIONS AND INFORMATIONAL ITEMS - Update - Antelope Island State Park / Jeremy Shaw, Park Manager BUSINESS/ACTION Brooks Burr, Davis County Fair Coordinator, presenting: Agreement with Gold Vend, LLC - provide onsite ATM machines during the 2016 Davis County Fair (n/a) Agreement with Mountain America Credit Union - 2016 Davis County Fair sponsorship (receivable) Agreement with Sam's Club of Layton - 2016 Davis County Fair sponsorship to provide refreshment and related supplies for volunteers (receivable) Agreement with Viewpoint Eyecare - 2016 Davis County Fair sponsorship (receivable) Agreement with USU Extension Kaysville - advertise at the 2016 Davis County Fair (receivable) Tanya Perkins Lofthouse, Davis County Children's Justice Center Director, presenting: Amendment with Utah Attorney General's Office - additional funding (receivable) Chris Sanford, Davis County Library Director, presenting: Agreement with the Utah State Library Division - library lending grant (receivable) Tony Thompson, Davis County Property Manager, presenting: Request to issue a Partial Release of Easement for property known as Tax ID 14-040-0066 that is not effected by a blanket easement for stream known as Howard Slough (n/a) Request: 1) declare Tax ID 12-048-0058, 1280 S 2000 W in Syracuse, as surplus; and 2) donate by Quit Claim Deed to the Utah Department of Transportation to be used as a public street right-of-way (n/a) Clint Thacker, Davis County Animal Care & Control, presenting: Agreement with Boyer Hill Military Housing - provide animal control services (receivable) Interlocal agreement with South Weber City - provide animal control services (receivable) Resolution approving the interlocal cooperation agreements between Davis County and the following cities located within Davis County for animal services: 1) Bountiful; 2) Centerville; 3) Clearfield; 4) Clinton; 5) Farmington; 6) Fruit Heights; 7) Kaysville; 8) Layton; 9) North Salt Lake; 10) South Weber; 11) Sunset; 12) Syracuse; 13) West Bountiful; 14) West Point; and 15) Woods Cross PUBLIC HEARING Curtis Koch, Davis County Clerk/Auditor, presenting: Consideration of approval by resolution for additional budget appropriation requests for the General Fund. Other Fund appropriations will also be considered. The 2016 Davis County budget increases will be funded by Additional revenues that were not anticipated at the time original budgets were adopted and/or by monies unspent in the prior year.
