NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
Salt Lake City School District
The Salt Lake City School District is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The Salt Lake City School District tax on a $290,000 residence would increase from $907.87 to $919.04, which is $11.17 per year.
- The Salt Lake City School District tax on a $290,000 business would increase from $1,650.68 to $1,670.98, which is $20.30 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, Salt Lake City School District would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 2.49% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
