Public Hearings 2.1 Public Hearing #1 2.1.1 A proposed amendment to the RDA Central Business District Project Area (CBD) Plan to expand the tax collection area within the CBD to incorporate approximately 10.18 acres. 2.1.2 Redevelopment Agency consideration of a resolution of the above matter 2.2 Public Hearing #2 2.2.1 A proposed amendment to the RDA Smelter Site provide Neighborhood Development Project Area ('Smelter Site') Budget to for an annual pass through to the Murray School District equal to twelve percent (12%) of Smelter Site tax increment revenue. 2.2.2 Redevelopment Agency consideration of a resolution of the above matter 3. Consideration of a resolution for the 2016 - 2017 Redevelopment Agency budget
