Murray City Corporation NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 2nd day of August, 2016, at the hour of 6:30 p.m. of said day in the Council Cham¬bers of Murray City Center, 5025 South State Street, Murray, Utah, the Murray City Municipal Council will hold and conduct a Public Hearing to consider a land use code text amendment to Section 17.12.030 of the Murray City Municipal Code eliminating the geographical representation requirement for planning commission members. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposed land use code text amendment as described above. DATED this 19th day of July, 2016. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Council members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a council member does participate via telephonic communication, the council member wil be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other council members and all other persons present in the council chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
