- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE City of North Salt Lake The City of North Salt Lake is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The City of North Salt Lake tax on a $302,000 residence would increase from $245.00 to $269.41, which is $24.41 per year. - The City of North Salt Lake tax on a $302,000 business would increase from $445.45 to $489.84, which is $44.39 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, City of North Salt Lake would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 9.86°/o above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
