PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE South Weber City Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at approx. 6:00 p.m., in the South Weber City Council Chambers, 1600 E. South Weber Dr., South Weber, Davis County, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the City Council: (1) a rezone request for property located at approx. 925 E. 7375 S. (Parcel 13-021-0103), approx. 3 acres, be rezoned from an Agricultural Zone (A) to a Residential Moderate Zone (R-M) by applicant Lynn Poll; (2) amendments to the City General Plan Projected Land Use Map; (3) a rezone request on City owned property located at approx. 2071 E. South Weber Dr. (Parcel 13-033-0077), approx. 3.9 acres, be rezoned from a Transitional Light Industrial Zone (T-1) to a Commercial Zone (C); (4) a rezone request on City owned property located at approx. 2068 E. South Weber Dr. (Parcel 13-033-0078), approx. .58 acres, be rezoned from a Residential Low (R-L) and a Transitional Light Industrial Zone (T-1) to a Commercial Zone (C); and (5) a rezone request on City owned property located at approx. 675 E. 6650 S. (Parcel 13-018-0018), approx. 2.5 acres, be rezoned from an Agricultural Zone (A) to a Commercial Zone (C) or a Commercial Highway Zone (C-H). A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at the South Weber City Office. The public is invited to attend and make comments. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify Elyse Greiner at 801-479-3177 two days prior to the meeting date.
