- KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 14, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center, Kaysville, to consider: Rezone of 1.61 acres of property at 42 North Angel Street from A-1 (Light Agriculture) to R-A (Residential Agriculture).
