NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED AGRICULTURE PROTECTION AREA Kay Public Hearing Date: July 12, 2016 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held with the Utah County Commission to create the Kay agriculture protection area in Sections 2 & 3, Township 10 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, approximately 111.038 acres. The proposal will be open to public inspection at the Community Development Office, 51 South University Ave, Room 117, Provo, Utah, (801) 851-8343, during regular office hours. Modification requests to exclude road and other rights-of-way. Agricultural Protection Area Advisory Board voted to recommend approval to the County Commission of the proposal and modification request to exclude the existing road ROW along 14,000 South. Planning Commission voted to recommend approval to the County Commission of the proposal and modification request to exclude the 56-foot road ROW along 14,000 South and US Highway 6 ROW from the existing centerline south to the existing fence line. Any person or entity interested may appear at the public hearing and speak in favor of or against the proposal, any proposed modifications to the proposal, or the recommendations of the Agricultural Protection Area Advisory Board or the Planning Commission. Utah County Commission has scheduled the public hearing for Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 9:00 AM in Room 1400 of the Utah County Administration Building at 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah.
