- Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, in consideration of amending the Planned Development Overlay Conceptual Site Plan for the Legacy Trails Development on property located at 1255 West Legacy Crossing Blvd, for the purpose of allowing a 63 room hotel on Lot 3 of the Legacy Trails Subdivision.
