Description/Agenda: 1. Welcome and introductions 2. Election of officers (Chair and Secretary) 3. Consent to consider at the first Taxing Entity Committee meeting a proposed amendment to a project area budget 4. Consider a resolution for a proposed amendment to the Redevelopment Agency of Murray City Central Business District (CBD) Project Area Plan to extend the tax collection area by approximately 10.18 acres, and to amend the Smelter Site Neighborhood District Project Area Budget to provide for an annual pass through to the Murray School District equal to twelve percent (12%) of Smelter Site tax increment revenue

The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other members and all other persons present in the council chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
