Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS AND IMPACT FEE WRITTEN ANALYSES Draper City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plans and Written Impact Fee Analyses for the services of public safety (police and fire). Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, as amended 2011, notice is hereby provided of the City's intent to amend the impact fee. The location(s) that will be included in the Impact Fee Facilities Plans and Impact Fee Analyses are all areas within the legal City limits. Posted on the Utah Public Notice Website on May 26, 2016.
