Description/Agenda: To be published on or before May 28, 2016 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on June 7, 2016, to receive public comment on a request by Benson Whitney, representing Legacy Fields Development for a Text Amendment and Rezone, known as the Evans Square Plaza Text Amendment and Rezone, on approximately 0.988 acres of land at approximately 12245 South 900 East for the purpose of clarifying DCMC Section 9-11-090(D)(a) that buildings up to 35-feet in height are allowed within the TC (Town Center) zone and to rezone the property to the TC zone. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on June 7, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
