Description/Agenda: To be published on May 7, 2016, in Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on May 17, 2016, to receive public comment on a request by Chris Roth for a Rezone, known as the Sherland Court Rezone Request, on approximately 5.26 acres of land at approximately 1266 East 13400 South for the purpose of rezoning the property from RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 square foot lot minimums) to RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 20,000 square foot lot minimums).
