The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah. The City Council will be considering requests on a 0.62 acre parcel located at approximately 189-193 East 8000 South to amend the General Plan from a low density residential use to a medium density residential use and to rezone the property from SF-1 AO (single family residential with agricultural overlay) to RM-12 (multi-family residential). These requests are being made by Steve Brendle/Sunstone Corp.

The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
