Description/Agenda: CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT AND ZONING MAP AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 3, 2016, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding the Text Amendment for the Centerville Deuel Creek Historic District (Chapter 12-49), which includes boundary modifications (400 East from Parrish Lane to Porter Lane, east side only) and addressing commercial building incentives.
