- CLEARFIELD CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearing has been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2016. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on GPA 1604-0001, a request by Wayne Belleau for an amendment to the Clearfield City General Plan to change the land use designation on a portion of property from Commercial to Residential. The proposal would include an approximate 7.5-acre portion of the 30.78 acres. This amendment would be effective within the General Plan, a document guiding the development of Clearfield City as a whole. A copy of the application is available for review in the Community Development Department on the 2nd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
