- NOTICE OF PETITION TO VACATE THE NOR DEL SUBDIVISION Bountiful City has received a petition from Terri Locher and Rick Gelhart to vacate the Nor Del Subdivision for the purpose of combining the lots into one parcel. The Bountiful City Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider the petition on April 26, 2016 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Bountiful City Council Chambers, located at 790 South 100 East. If you have questions regarding the application please contact Bountiful City at 801-298-6190. Persons needing hearing assistance or other special needs should contact Bountiful City, at 801-298-6190, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time.
