- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Midvale City Council will hold a workshop meeting on the 12th Day of April, 2016 at Midvale City Hall, 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah as follows: 6:30 PM I. DISCUSSION ITEMS A. Head Start Presentation [Mayor JoAnn Seghini] B. UTOPIA Update [Kane Loader, City Manager] C. Introduction of Hines Development and proposal for an overlay zone to allow residential in the RC Zone (Fort Union area) [Dusty Harris, Hines Development; Phillip Hill, Asst. City Manager/CD Director; Christopher Butte, Economic Development Director] D. Discuss Arts Council Interlocal Agreement with Salt Lake County [Suzanne Walker] E. Discuss allowable fence heights within the City [Matt Hilderman, Associate Planner] F. Discuss agreement with new Senior Center regarding meeting use [Kane Loader, City Manager] II. ADJOURN

- Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
