- SPECIAL FARMINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farmington City will hold a City Council Retreat on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at 1036 Shadow Point Drive, St. George, Utah 84770.
