Notice is hereby given that Layton City has received a request for a proposed General Plan Amendment and rezone of approximately 31.45 acres of property located at approximately 1374 East 3100 North currently zoned BR-P (Business and Research Park) to 11.85 acres of R-1-8 (Single Family Residential), 12.86 acres of R-1-6 (Single Family Residential) and 6.74 acres remaining in BR-P (Business and Research Park). This General Plan amendment and rezone request will be reviewed during a PUBLIC HEARING at Planning Commission Meeting, TUESDAY, April 12, 2016, at 7:00 pm, City Council Chambers, Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive.
