- SYRACUSE CITY Syracuse City Council Work Session Notice **AMENDED** March 29, 2016 - 6:00 p.m. Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S. Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Council will participate in a work session on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the work session is to discuss/review the following items: . a. Prayer or thought. b. Public Comments. c. Request to be on the agenda: discussion regarding wall ball opportunity at a Syracuse City park. (5 min.) d. Request to be on the agenda: discussion regarding Play Unplugged program. (5 min.) e. Review Public Works budget. (5 min.) f. Review agenda item 5: Authorize Administration to execute contract for Rock Creek Park Improvement Project. g. Review agenda item 6: Authorize Administration to execute contract for Banbury Drive Road Improvement Project. h. Review agenda item 7: Authorize Administration to execute contract for Marilyn Acres Culinary Waterline Project Phase III. i. Review agenda items 8 and 9: Proposed resolutions amending the FY2016 budget and wage scale. j. Review City Council Rules of Order and Procedure. (10 min.) k. Review Employee Compensation Plan. (10 min.) l.
