NOTICE OF INTENT TO ANNEX
On March 8, 2016, the City Council of American Fork, Utah, adopted Resolution No. 2016-03-10R, indicating its intent to annex the following described real property:

Beginning at a point which is South 00°00'02' East 16.13 feet along the Section Line and East 1333.59 feet from the West 1/4 Corner of Section 7, Township 5 South, Range 2 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian;
Thence North 89º24'15' East 1002.10 feet along the South line of the Beacon Annexation Plat;
Thence along the East line of Warranty Deed Entry No. 105788:2006 the following three courses
1) South 00º05'35' East 628.53 feet;
2) South 00º05'01' East 270.68 feet;
3) South 00º00'07' East 394.08 feet;
Thence North 89º59'40' East 0.43 feet;
Thence along the Warnick II Annexation Plat the following three courses
1) South 00º05'14' East 14.38 feet;
2) North 89º53'00' West 153.41 feet;
3) South 00º16'18' West 1.25 feet;
Thence along the north line of Autumn Crest Annexation Plat the following four courses

Thence North 00º10'09' West 1289.92 feet along the East line of Deseret Annexation to the point of beginning.
Area = 1,301,110 square feet/29.87 acres
Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing on April 12, 2016, at 7:20 p.m. in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the proposed annexation.
The City Council will act to annex the above described real property unless, at or before the public hearing, written protests to the annexation are filed by the owners of real property in accordance with applicable provisions of UCA 10-2-418.
Copies of a map showing the location of the annexation area are available for review by the public at the City Recorders Office, 51 East Main Street, during normal business hours.
