- BLUFFDALE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF QUORUM A quorum of the Bluffdale City Council may be attending the Bluffdale City Hall Groundbreaking, Friday, March 11, 2016, from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Bluffdale City Fire Station, 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah. *NO OFFICIAL CITY BUSINESS WILL BE CONDUCTED. Posted this 10th day of March, 2016 Wendy L. Deppe, CMC City Recorder *Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-203(7) as an Open House no vote or action will be taken by the City Council.
