Ogden City City Council Meeting Agenda February 16, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building - Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 ***AMENDED*** 1. ***Roll Call. Pursuant to Section 52-4-207 'Electronic Meetings' of the Open and Public Meetings Law, Council member Hyer will participate in the meeting via teleconference and such electronic means will provide the public body the ability to communicate via the teleconference. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Public Hearings: a. FY2015-2016 Arts Grants. Proposed Resolution 2016-4 awarding Arts Grants for FY2015-2016 and setting forth findings pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 10-8-2 (2002). (Adopt/not adopt resolution - roll call vote) b. Annexation Plan Amendments. Proposed Ordinance 2016-3 amending the Ogden City General Plan by amending Subsection 8.F.4.E and Subsection 8.F.4.F. regarding amendments to the Annexation Plan. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote) c. FY2016 Budget Amendment - WACOG and Miscellaneous Grant Funds. Proposed Ordinance 2016-4 amending the FY2016 in the amount of $3,150,000. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote) 5. Reports from Administration: a. Cemetery Amendments. Proposed Ordinance 2016-10 amending the Ogden Municipal Code to revise provisions regarding the Ogden City Cemetery. (Receive input; adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote) 6. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name and address for the record. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office (citycouncil@ogdencity.com). The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings. Comments pertaining to an agenda item that includes a public hearing or public input should be given during the meeting as that item is discussed. 7. Comments: a. Mayor. b. Council members. 8. Adjournment. REMINDERS: A City Council work session will be held immediately following the Council meeting in the Council work room. The purpose of the work session is to receive a presentation from the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center and discuss Council business. A Redevelopment Agency work session will be held immediately following the Council work session in the Council work room.
