- AMERICAN FORK CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 4, 2016 NOTICE OF WORK SESSION AND AGENDA WORK SESSION The purpose of City Work Sessions is to prepare the City Council for upcoming agenda items on future City Council Meetings. The Work Session is not an action item meeting. No one attending the meeting should rely on any discussion or any perceived consensus as action or authorization. These come only from the City Council Meeting. Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will meet in a work session on Thursday, February 4, 2016, in the American Fork City Offices, 51 East Main Street, commencing at 3:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Discussion on the American Fork Boat Harbor and possible grant opportunities for improvements at the Boat Harbor. (Requested by Derric Rykert, Parks & Recreation) 2. Discussion on adjusting Fitness Center and Cemetery Fees. (Requested by Derric Rykert, Parks & Recreation) 3. PARC Mandatory Meeting/Application Report. (Requested by Audra Sorensen, Public Relations/Economic Development) 4. Proposal to approve the Utah Certified Local Government Grant Application 2016-2017 that has been prepared by the City Historical Preservation Commission.
