- Bountiful City is issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified full-service 'Certified Investment Advisory' firms (as defined by the Utah Money Management Act found in Utah Code Section 51-7). The selected Certified Investment Advisory firm would work under a five year renewable contract for managing two separate investment portfolios and may also provide certain other related financial services for the benefit of Bountiful City and its related business entities. Competitive sealed proposals are due in hard copy form by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2016 to Bountiful City, 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, UT 84010, Attn: Galen D.
