The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale, Utah. The City Council will be considering a request for a preliminary subdivision plat to divide the property at 7682-7696 S. Center Square and 137 W. Park St. into two residential units and common area. The residential units reflect the footprints of the two multi-family residential buildings approved under a prior application. This request has been made by Kirt Peterson/Horizon Development.
