The City of West Jordan Utah is seeking proposals Contracted Services for Installation of City Supplied LED Street Lights in West Jordan.
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Clerk/Recorder's Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until Thursday, Monday, December 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., at which time the names of those firms that submitted proposals shall be publicly read aloud. Proposals shall be deemed received when they are in the physical possession of the City Clerk/Recorder or designee.
Proposals, modifications, or corrections will not be accepted if they are not timely received by the City Clerk/Recorder's Office, regardless of the cause, whether or not by action or inaction of the City, including but not limited to delayed, lost, undelivered or misdirected mail. Electronic (fax or email) proposals will not be accepted.

Request for Proposals may be obtained via email beginning Monday, November 23, 2015 from Paul Wellington, Purchasing Agent, paulwe@wjordan.com. When emailing Paul to request proposal documents please include your full name, company name, address, phone and fax number.
