Welcome the Public and Guests. E. Approval of common consent items: 1. Minutes of the regular board meeting held October 15, 2015. 2. Expenses for October 12 to November 15, 2015 in the amount of $717,207.79. 3. Zion's Bank bond payment approval in the amount of $94,873.51. F. Public Comment. G. Ratify and adopt the November 3, 2015 election results for office of Board of Trustees. H. Motion to approve tentative budget as presented and to hold a public hearing on the tentative budget December 10, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. located at 7764 W 2100 S. I. Discussion and possible motion on the shop remodel project in 2015 budget for $25,000. J. Motion to approve pre-purchase of the pipe for the brine line from the bond proceeds in the amount of $146,400, in order to save $100,000 due to pipe costs today. K. Update on Prison relocation. L. Employee appreciation Luncheon scheduled for December 11, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. M. Discussion and information only on the sewer backup at 7610 W 2940 S. Preston Socha. N. Discussion and possible motion regarding the Statement of Qualifications for Engineering Services for 2016. O. Water Distribution /Production. 1. Water production report. 2. Call out report. P. WWTP Operation/Collection System. 1. Status of sewer system. 2. Status of Fine Screen Project 3. Call out report. Q. The anchor location for this meeting where the public may attend and monitor the proceedings shall be the District's board room at 7764 W 2100 S MAGNA, Utah, unless otherwise specified above. Any Trustee wishing to participate electronically must notify the District Manager or the District Clerk personally prior to the meeting and provide the telephone number at which the Trustee can be reached at the appointed time. A conference call shall be initiated from the anchor location to each Trustee participating by telephone at the appointed time. If a Trustee is having difficulty connecting to the meeting, please call the District offices at 801-250-2118. This same procedure shall be used at any continuation of this meeting, unless otherwise specified in the meeting.
