- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Springs City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on a Proposed Rezone from Agriculture to R-3. Project: Willow Glen (Parkway Estates) Project Address: Approximately 1900 E. 145 N. (8950 W 7350 N Utah County Address) Hearing: Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. Hearing Location: Saratoga Springs City Offices, Council Chamber 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200 Saratoga Springs, Utah, 84045. Questions regarding this proposed application may be directed to the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Department, telephone 766-9793. Copies of this proposed application are available for public inspection online at www.saratogaspringscity.com/planning or at the City Offices Monday through Thursday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
