Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 beginnig at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - CenterCal Properties has requested Master Development Agreement approval, including zoning and design standards for a mixed use development on approximately 85 acres located at the northeast corner of the intersection of 13400 South and the Mountain View Corridor. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138 or 801-208-3130.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): The City Office is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorder's Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
