A Public Hearing will be held before the City of West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at the hour of 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 8000 South Redwood Road, Third Floor, West Jordan, Utah, to receive public comment prior to considering a Future Land Use Map Amendment for 1.955 acres from City Center/Neighborhood TSOD Center to Neighborhood Commercial designation and Rezone from P-C (Planned Community TSOD) to SC-1 (Neighborhood Shopping Center) Zone; NE Corner 7800 South 1300 West; Better City (applicant).
You are invited to attend the Public Hearing and take part in the discussions and voice any support or concerns you may have. The Council reserves the right to consider other zoning classifications based on information presented at the Public Hearing.
