2016 BUDGET HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Kearns Improvement District Board of Trustees will hold a budget hearing on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at 6:00 p.m., at the Kearns Improvement District Office, 5350 West 5400 South, Kearns, Utah, for the purpose of hearing comments on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the 2016 Tentative Budget.
FEE INCREASE HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Kearns Improvement District intends to increase fees charged for water and sewer services provided by the District by 2.5% and will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, commencing at 6:00 p.m., at the Kearns Improvement District Office, 5350 West 5400 South, Kearns, Utah, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the proposed increase of water and sewer service fees and to explain the reasons for the proposed increases. After the hearing, the Board may impose the fee increases as proposed, adjust the amount of the increases before imposition, or decline to impose the proposed fee increases.
