Public hearing to hear arguments in favor and against the City's proposed ballot proposition to authorize the City to issue general obligation bonds in a principal amount not to exceed $13,000,000 for the purpose of acquiring, improving or extending parks, open space, trails and recreation facilities and related facilities.
