Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Bountiful City General Municipal Election, to have been held on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, is canceled by Bountiful City Resolution 2015-12, and Richard Higginson, Beth Holbrook and John Marc Knight are declared elected to the Bountiful City Council. The election is canceled because the number of candidates for the Bountiful City Council is equal to the number of at-large positions to be filled and the filing period for a write-in candidate has passed (Utah State Code �20A-9-601). This action is taken pursuant to Utah State Code �20A-1-206. DATED this 22nd day of September, 2015 Shawna Andrus Bountiful City Recorder
