- INVITATION TO BID Clearfield City is accepting electronic sealed bids for the 18-Inch Transmission Waterline Improvement Project located south of 700 South and west of University Park Blvd. along west property line in Clearfield City. The bid documents can be viewed by visiting www.clearfieldcity.org and clicking on the Doing Business Tab or at www.bidsync.com. All submissions to this bid are due electronically by the bidder through www.bidsync.com no later than Monday, October 19, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. The contact on this project is N. Scott Nelson, CEC, 5141 South 1500 West, Riverdale, Utah 84405 or (801) 866-0550. A Pre-Bid meeting for this project will BE HELD on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, 1:00 p.m. at the site.
