Notice is hereby given that Centerville City will hold a RAP tax reauthorization election in conjunction with the General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, for the purpose of submitting to the eligible voters of Centerville the following Ballot Proposition:

The polling places for the RAP Tax Ballot Proposition will be the same as the polling places for the General Election and are as follows: (1) Centerville Elementary School at 350 North 100 East, Centerville; and (2) Stewart Elementary School at 1155 North Main Street, Centerville. Voting will take place at the times, places, and manner as provided by the Utah Election Code, Title 20A, Utah Code Annotated. The polls will be open on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2015, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For information about alternate times and forms of voting (including by absentee ballot and early voting), voters may contact the Davis County Clerk/Auditor's Office, Room 104, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, or at (801) 451-3589 or daviscountyutah.gov.
