Description/Agenda: To be published on September 27, 2015, Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on October 8, 2015, to receive public comment on a request by Michael Brodsky, representing Hamlet Homes, for a Plat Amendment and Site Plan, known as Elgin Place, on approximately 2.03 acres of land at approximately 11970 South 700 East for the purpose of amending Lots 7 and 8 and a portion of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 34 of the Draperville Plat in order to create a 30 dwelling unit townhome development.
