Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY PUD AMENDMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a public hearing to be held by the Farmington City Planning Commission at the City Offices, 160 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, on THURSDAY, September 3, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, to consider amendments to the Farmington Creek Estates Phase III PUD, which includes a reduction in open space with the addition of a TDR lot and several boundary adjustments.
