Proposed Joint Resolution 2015-22 honoring Lincoln Elementary Principal Ross Lunceford for being named Utah's 2015 National Distinguished Principal. (Adopt joint resolution) b. Jennifer Godin - Ogden City School District. Proposed Joint Resolution 2015-23 honoring Ogden School District Counselor Jennifer Godin for being named Utah's 2015 Elementary Counselor of the year. (Adopt joint resolution) 5. Approval of Minutes. (voice vote) a. Regular Meeting on May 26, 2015 - Council member Blair b. Work Session on May 26, 2015 and Regular Meeting on June 2, 2015 - Council member Garner c. Work Session on June 11, 2015 and Closed Session on May 26, 2015 - Council member Gochnour d. Brandon Long, and Shane Osguthorpe to the Ogden City Arts Committee. (Approve reappointments/appointments) b. Ogden Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee. Consideration of the appointment of Matt Spencer to the Ogden Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee. (Approve appointment) c. Budget Amendment - New Fire Station #3. Proposed Ordinance 2015-38 amending the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $1,234,254. (Set public hearing for September 1, 2015) 7. Public Comments: This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas.
