- Join the Utah Department of Human Services, Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) for the annual public input meeting of the Disabilities Advisory Council. The mission of the Council is to enhance support by encouraging regular input, review, and evaluation of services in the DSPD system. The Council and DSPD welcome the public to provide input at this annual meeting. The meeting will be held Tuesday August 25, 2015 from 2:00-4:00 pm at the Multi-Agency State Office Building located at 195 North 1950 West SLC, Utah. A call-in option is available by dialing 1-877-820-7831, participant code: 396008. Please email Ryan Carrier (rcarrier@utah.gov) to reserve a speaking position. Agenda items preceding the Public Comment Period: Review of the Utah Disabilities Advisory Council Annual Report, University of Utah Center for Public Policy Administration will discuss their work with the new Needs Assessment Questionnaire.
