Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council and the Redevelopment Agency of Payson City will hold their regularly scheduled City Council Meeting at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. Some Councilmembers may attend by electronic device. Approval of July 29, 2015 Payson City Council Meeting Minutes C) PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES & COMMUNICATIONS 1. Public Forum 2. Council and Staff Reports 3. Scout Attendance Certificates D) PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. Public Hearing regarding an ordinance setting the real and personal property tax levy for municipal purposes and adopting a budget for Payson City for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2016. E) RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, AGREEMENTS 1. Resolution Authorizing the Payson City Mayor to Enter into a 'Termination and Equipment Transfer Agreement' Between Cricket Communications, LLC and Payson City Regarding a Site Lease Dated November 11, 2008 and the Transfer of Any and All Equipment at the Site Location to Payson City. 2. Ordinance Amendment to Title 9: Streets and Sidewalks, Public Parades and Other Special Events, Parade and Special Event Regulations, Parking on Parade or Special Event Route, Restrictions, Exceptions, and Violations.
